I'm taking on the Silver Lining Ride and fundraising for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) this November. The five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer in Australia is just 48%, meaning those diagnosed get less than half a chance of surviving five years from their diagnosis. I want to help change the statistics and give those diagnosed with ovarian cancer a greater chance of survival. Research is the answer. In memory of Mum XO for all the amazing women in our lives XO

Completed 👊 both my ride distance 🚴 and fundraising goals 💰 this month in support of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). I had targeted 300kms and ended up riding over 400kms during November - that's over 250 miles to my US friends! Our team, Cheryl's Cyclists in memory of my Mum, raised over $2200 that will go to the OCRF. I really appreciate the donations and messages of support received - much love and good health to all.
